Tech1 Racing was founded in 2000 by Simon Abadie, former international driver himself, and his sister Sarah Abadie.
The French team is specialized in single-seater Formula races and teaches their drivers the different ways to drive the circuits and continuously evaluates the training sessions and races with their professional team.
Five F1 drivers were part of Tech1 Racing in the past: Jérôme D’Ambrosio, Charles Pic, Jean-Eric Vergne, Daniel Ricciardo and Jules Bianchi.
Tech1 Racing has 40 wins in World Series by Renault with four FR3.5 World Series titles, three FR2.0 Eurocup titles and two FR2.0 Alps titles. Tech1 Racing made 203 podiums in 15 seasons.
To help drivers to further improve their skills, Tech1 developed together with ID1 Technologies a spectacular simulator with a 4 meters wide screen and a view of 180 degrees. This way the drivers can experience all aspects of the Formula 2.0 car.
